Website Design
Each website package includes:

The timeframe depends on the complexity of the website:

These timeframes depend on receiving all necessary information (content, images, branding) in a timely manner.
Yes! I design websites with user-friendly platforms, making it easy for you to update text, images and basic content if you want to learn how to do so. If you need ongoing maintenance I also offer VA services to help with updates.

Yes! I offer design services for business cards, flyers, brochures and social media graphics to ensure your business maintains a professional and cohesive look across all platforms.
The timeline depends on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions needed. A standard Brand Kit typically takes 1-2 weeks, while additional branding materials may extend the timeframe.
Yes, once payment is made in full you will receive all necessary files and have complete ownership of your branding materials.

Virtual Assistance and Support
I provide assistance with:
Admin tasks (document creation, event management, marketing emails, business process organisation and streamlining)
Document creation (welcome packs, proposals, marketing plans)
Basic design (flyers, business cards, presentations)
Website updates and maintenance
You can hire me for both one-time projects and ongoing support. My VA services are charged hourly so you only pay for the time you need.
If you’re spending too much time on admin instead of growing your business, a VA can help by taking those tasks off your plate, allowing you to focus on your core operations.
I prioritise confidentiality and security. I only access necessary accounts with permission and follow best practices to ensure your business information remains protected.
Payments and Pricing
I accept bank transfers, card payments (please note that card payments incur additional fees), and cash for local businesses.
For design projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the final handover of files.
Virtual Assistant services are billed at $40 per hour (including GST). A minimum of one (1) hour applies per task or engagement. After the first hour, time is tracked and charged in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest increment.
