Website Design
Every website I build includes a professionally designed, mobile-friendly website tailored to your business, basic SEO setup to help people find you on Google, domain connection and setup if required, business email setup and a full project handover so you know exactly what you have and how everything works.
The timeframe depends on the complexity of the website:
1-page website: Approximately 2-4 weeks
2-4 page website: 4-6 weeks
5-10 page website: 6-10 weeks
E-commerce sites: Timeline varies based on requirements (quoted individually)
These timeframes depend on receiving all necessary information (content, images, branding) in a timely manner.
Yes! I design websites with user-friendly platforms, making it easy for you to update text, images and basic content if you want to learn how to do so. If you need ongoing maintenance I also offer website management services to help with updates.
Additional features like booking systems, e-commerce functionality or advanced customisation can be added. Anything outside the standard build will be quoted separately and discussed with you upfront before any work begins.
Yes. I offer ongoing website maintenance to keep your site updated, secure and running smoothly. If you need content changes, updates or general support after your build is complete, just get in touch to discuss options.
Branding and Design
A full 10-page brand kit includes a company mission statement, logo with multiple variations (full colour, black and white and transparent background), colour palette, font selections, brand imagery and social media mockups, branding guidelines and iconography.
A 1-page brand kit is a simplified version that includes your logo, colour palette and font selections - ideal for smaller businesses who need a clean, consistent look without a full brand identity document.
Your brand should reflect your business values, your target audience and the industry you're in. I take the time to understand your business before I start designing, so everything I create is tailored specifically to you.
Yes! I offer design services for business cards, flyers, brochures and social media graphics to ensure your business maintains a professional and cohesive look across all platforms.
A 1-page brand kit is typically completed within 1 week. A full 10-page brand kit generally takes 1–2 weeks depending on the complexity and number of revisions.
Yes. Once final payment is made in full you'll receive all files and have complete ownership of your branding assets.
Business Setup and Consultation
I guide new business owners through all the essential setup tasks so nothing gets missed. This can include ABN and business name registration, business bank account setup, choosing and setting up the right software and platforms, business email setup, booking and payment platform setup and workflow organisation to help your business run smoothly from day one. Consultations are available via phone, Zoom or in person local clients.
Starting a business involves a lot of moving parts and it's easy to miss something important early on. I simplify the process, help you avoid common mistakes and make sure the right systems are in place from the start - saving you time and money down the track.
Yes. I offer continued support including system optimisation, software updates and general business assistance to help keep things running smoothly as your business grows.
Hosting and Maintenance
I offer four managed hosting plans for small businesses, starting from $110/yr. All plans are hosted on Australian servers. Full plan details are available upon request.
Every website I build includes hosting setup as part of the build. Ongoing hosting costs are quoted separately and clearly outlined before work begins.
Yes. Every website build includes setup of a professional business email address - for example, hello@yourbusiness.com.au. This is included as standard because it makes a real difference to how professional your business looks from day one.
Maintenance covers plugin and theme updates, security monitoring, backups and uptime checks to keep your site running properly. Content updates and other ongoing support can also be arranged - just get in touch to discuss what you need.
I monitor hosted websites and will respond to any downtime as quickly as possible. If your website isn't hosted with me I can still help with troubleshooting - just get in touch.
Yes. I can migrate existing WordPress websites to my hosting platform. Get in touch and I'll walk you through what's involved.
Payments and Pricing
I accept bank transfers, card payments (please note that card payments incur additional fees), and cash for local businesses.
A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final files and access are handed over.
