Before we use an overseas provider we take reasonable steps to check they handle information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. By using our website or engaging our services, you consent to your information being handled this way.
8. Your clients’ information
If we host or maintain a website for you, that website may collect personal information from your own customers, for example through a contact form.
We handle that information only to run and maintain your website. We do not use it for our own purposes and we do not add it to our marketing lists.
You are responsible for your own website’s privacy policy, for telling your customers how their information is used, and for meeting your own obligations under privacy and spam laws. We are happy to point you in the right direction, but we are not lawyers and this is not legal advice.

We do not use automated systems or artificial intelligence to make decisions about you that significantly affect your rights or interests. A person makes every decision about quoting, accepting work and providing services.
If that ever changes, we will update this policy before it does.
